About Us

Colton Properties is a real estate developer and founded 20 years ago by Graham Colton. Through the ensuing years, the company has grown to become one of the preeminent residential developer in Southwest Portland. Graham's prior background was in the world of commercial real estate at CB Richard Ellis (formerly Coldwell Banker). Having spent 10 years as head of the Acreage Department, his career was followed by 15 years as Executive Vice President and Resident Manager of brokerage, property management, mortgage banking, appraisal, and development services.

Colton Properties, LLC is locally owned and operated and has an excellent team of land use planners, engineers, wetland scientists, geotechnical, environmental consultants, and general contractors ensuring that each project is developed to the highest standards and in harmony with the local governmental jurisdictions.

The majority of Colton Properties residential communities are located in West Portland including Tigard, Beaverton, Sherwood, Aloha, Hillsboro, Tualatin and Lake Oswego. We have also engaged in projects outside of Portland in markets such as Clackamas and Yamhill County. In the past, the company sold over 1000 finished lots to various local, regional and national homebuilders.
